Over a month now and I am really really happy!
See for yourself. There is still the lump on the left side from the tied up vein which is really not noticable when flaccid. The mucosa is still swollen when flaccid but it doesn't hang over, it just kind of clumps up behind the glans. From everything I have been reading, it can take a while for the swelling to subside but depends on the person. The bottom left side (forth photo) the stitching is evident... Well not really the stitching, but I dunno what it is really. The doc said that it will go away when the scar line softens and the swelling goes down and just looking at it, I really tend to agree...
Hmmm... Time will tell! But there has been so much improvement that it can only get better! Something I want to talk about is:
Vitamin E - I am talking about the creams and using pure Vitamin E capsules and puncturing them and rubbing the contents onto the cut line. But from everything I have read online it doesn't really do anything. There are some pages that claim that it does, but a lot more that claim that it does nothing along with actual studies. A lot of pages say that the actual massaging of the scar is what softens and loosens it rather than the actual vitamin E itself.
It seems like all the circumcision blogs as well! So much 'Oh do not cut it off' and so many 'Oh it was the best thing ever!'...
So I obviously don't really know, but I am choosing to use Vitamin E cream and massage the scar line for a few minutes while rubbing it in! Because it's not going to do any harm! Haha
